God Created a Masterpiece

May 26th, 2010 | Category: Gems Along the Way,Musings by Sharon

Welcome to The TPC Blog. I’m so happy you could come.

Today is my younger boy’s birthday. He is 21 today.

I love both my Sons. They teach me so much in life and I’m honoured that they picked me to be their Mom.

I’m sure there are days (years?)  when they wish they had a Mrs. Cleaver Mom instead of a crazy psychic Mom but I know there is a plan for all of us to be in this lifetime together.

I’m forever grateful that my two Sons are best friends and have each others back. I don’t know what I would do if they didn’t get along.

Both my boys have many gifts and a day doesn’t go by when I don’t acknowledge how blessed I am to have them in my life.

When I was pregnant with Michael I never doubted what his name would be. I’m not sure where it came from but I knew he was to be Michael.

I know now why he suits his name. St. Michael was a warrior as is my younger boy. There is no fear in him. He walks through life and comes out the other side more determined as each event unfolds. I was not surprised when he showed up with a tattoo of St. Michael down his whole arm.

He’s been through more in his 21 years then most people go through in a lifetime if ever. He appreciates each minute of each day as a result.

Michael is forever correcting me when I say something negative. He lives life to the fullest and very much lives in the present.

He has a deep true sense of God within him. There is no doubt ever about where we came from and what is to be accomplished in this lifetime. He tells it like it is.

I’ve never seen anyone manifest the way he can. When he was young he would laugh if I put some kind of negative words into something he wanted trying to soften the blow of something not coming his way. He would just laugh and say you know I can do this. He has carried this with him all his life.

His first words when moving into a new house were “where is the wish wall (vision board) going”.

I would love to say that he has this sense of God within from who I am but I really cannot say this. I believe it came with him when entering this lifetime.

He came through to teach me and for sure to blaze the way for others. This I know for sure.

So dear Michael Happy Birthday. I’m so proud to be your Mom. God Bless you and thank you for being you.

Boomerang

May 25th, 2010 | Category: Gems Along the Way,Musings by Sharon

Dear Blog Friends. So glad you could come and visit.

Is it hot enough for you? Holy Cow its like a million degrees out here in Ontario. I wouldn’t have noticed really but I went to Visit my wonderful Dr. Angelface this morning and Daisy doesn’t have air and only one window works.  I was ok when I was buzzing along but when traffic hit it was suffocating.

Life is really really great though. If that is one’s only problem in life I’m thinking  my life is a breeze.

Bobby and I went to the flea market they have at Canadian Tire on holidays like we always do and I saw a boomerang for sale. I didn’t buy it but I got to thinking about how cool a boomerang really is and what a great metaphor it is for life and energy and of course our thoughts. Not only that but it is such a fun word to say. It almost tickles.

We throw out energy (good or bad) and it comes back to us. It is one of the Universal Laws. It’s that simple.

I receive daily a wonderful affirmation from Anne Marie Evers. In one of her recent daily affirmations  she said to greet each day with a wonderful affirmation. Throw your arms up and do it.

I’ve been doing it daily and whenever I get the urge really and I feel so good. I can’t wipe the smile off my face. People are wondering what I’m up to. Just in case you see me with my arms in the air smiling and looking up to the sky and going around in a circle don’t call the authorities its just me doing my thing.

I’m sure its a combination of several wonderful things happening in my life but it sure feels good to act silly and light. It just doesn’t get any better than that.

Be Happy and Silly Dear Friends. Thank you Anne Marie Evers for being you!

Service With A Smile

May 24th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon

Greetings Dear Friends. Welcome.

As you know I received a frother from my dear husband. You can read about it here.

I was so upset because I went to use it the other day and it wouldn’t work. I was so sad. I had really perfected the chai latte and it was our little ritual to have them at night together.

This little gadget is the coolest invention ever.

I called the store we bought it from and we of course need a bill (hello?) so I thought we were a little sh*t out of luck but they said to call Keurig.

I called them with not much hope thinking that without a bill I’m not going to get very far and you won’t believe the service I got.

They sent me out a new one the same day I talked to them. Can you believe it?

I just now received an email indicating that its on its way and the tracking order for UPS.

Customer service. That’s where its at for sure.

Thank you Keurig. You have brought so much ease and happiness into our lives between the coffee machine and the frother our family doesn’t have any need to go to the coffee house!

How Blessed am I?

May 23rd, 2010 | Category: Gems Along the Way,Musings by Sharon

Good Morning everyone. Happy long weekend. I love this weekend.

Yesterday I met a client at the shop who is more of a friend than a client. She has been with me for many years. She brought me the most beautiful birthday gift.

As you know I have a passion for yellow doors. I’m not sure where it came from really.

Rebecca walks in with the most beautiful painting of a yellow door that speaks volumes to me. I freaked  out as you can well imagine.

Is that not the most kindest thing you have ever heard of? She is so wonderful. Her last visit she brought me a dream cup. I always use it for my tea each day as it helps me to realize how lucky I am not only because it is inspiring but that she gave it to me.

It always amazes me that my clients are so wonderful and how honoured and lucky I am to have such great people around me to share my life with. The best part about this is I seem to meet new and wonderful friends daily. Like how cool is that?

I just want to take a a moment to Bless everyone in my life and to thank them for being there for me and with me. God is good.

Thank you Rebecca for being you.

A Very Magical Birthday

May 21st, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon

Good Morning Dear Blog Friends. I hope you woke up today and realized that you can do anything you put your mind to. No limits dear friends, no limits.

I had the best birthday.

My husband has been buying me presents all month like my wonderful mojo picture from Venus as he loves to make me happy. He tried to wake me up at 2 am but I wasn’t going for it even though presents were involved so he had to wait until morning. When I woke up there was this beautiful print that I have been eyeing by Angelina Wrona called Visionary. It’s more gorgeous in the house then in the store. I love it. He also bought me a book I have been eyeing called Freeing the Genie Within by Debra Lynne Katz. I can’t wait to dig into it. I’m savoring it for the perfect moment.

In the morning I got a call from a wonderful new client asking if she could get a reading as she was returning home. I said no as it was my birthday but then we tried to finagle an appointment for next week and our schedules were so off so I said just meet me at the store today at noon. I’m so happy I used my gut on this one as she is a lovely person and am glad our paths crossed. Also  doesn’t she show up with a big bouquet of flowers! How cool was that? I don’t think I have ever received flowers from someone I haven’t met yet.

I received so many cards and phone calls (my actual message system was full) from friends and family and my facebook page was full of good wishes. Bless everyone. I can’t remember when I had such a great birthday.

I was driving to the shop in my little Daisy listening to Practical Magic on the radio (singing away not a care in the world)  and time stopped for a moment and I thought  “OMG” I am really really happy. It was a moment that’s for sure. God is good.

After I got home my husband and I went to Port Perry because I love Hank’s Pasteries and if I was having a cake (cupcake) it had to be from there so off we went.

The plan was to have Fish & Chips on the main street but we made the mistake of hitting the casino first and ended up there for a bit. It was such fun. I had a limit on my budget so Bobby financed the outing but I  walked in and won $100 and that lasted me the whole day. Sure I was up and down like a toilet seat but I had so much fun. I think we left there around 9 or so. It was ladies night so I received lots of presents and even a birthday present from the casino. I’m sure my contributions over the years paid for it but it was such fun.

We ended up at Tims/Wendy’s for my birthday dinner  for a baked potato and chili but it was just as great if we went to the Keg or my Fish and Chip store because we were together and had a great day and such fun.

The only regret was I got this feeling to play my lucky number on pick 3 of “444” and I didn’t play and guess what came up “444”. Shoot and I was playing it off and on for weeks. That’s ok. Something better must be on its way.

It seems as I get older that each year gets better and better and I’m only imagining what 52 is going to be like. Bring it on!

Thank you everyone for making this my best birthday yet. I still have a wonderful smile on my face.

Two quotes for you today as I couldn’t decide as I loved them both:

Let’s Get Motivated

May 20th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon

Welcome to The Psychic Cottage Blog, I’m so happy you could come visit dear Friends.

It’s my birthday today! I’m so excited I love birthdays. If you follow 7 thunders you will know that a birthday is the beginning of a whole new adventure in your life. I follow this work and I know it to be true!

In numerology I am currently in a “one” year which is a year of new beginnings. I’m thinking does it get any better than that!

I’m feeling it too so many new and exciting things in my life. I am truly blessed and grateful.

So I was at Dr. Angelface the other day and he gave me something I wanted to share with you.

I told him that I am having  a hard time getting motivated and seem to be stuck sometimes in this place of procrastination.

He is always so wise and comes up with these things and he said have we had our motivation talk yet. He has probably told me a thousand times before but he patiently tells me again.

He said motivation can only start once you do “one” action. I’m sure he said it much more sophisticated but the meaning is the same. So if you are stuck on something just do one thing towards it. He said Motivation Follows One Action.

Kind of simple and profound at the same time.

I came home all excited and tried it and you know what it really works.

He also had another goodie I will share with you. It said something about picking at a problem. Again my words. He said if you have a pile of stuff every time you pass it by do one or two things with it. He said before you know it it won’t be a problem anymore.

Such wisdom this man has.

I’m really starting to believe that this birthday year will be the year of getting organized! Stop laughing my family and friends it can happen.

Quote for you:

I found this quote in my in box this morning from my daily Abraham Hicks quotes. It is totally true and explains it so well. Enjoy.

“If you are being swept into some current that is not comfortable, or not in harmony with your desire, you must remember that couldn’t happen if you weren’t offering a vibration that matched it in some way. If you’re vibrating differently from that, you’re not having that experience .” Abraham

Wow! That quote makes me shiver.

P.S. Speaking of new things I’m thinking my new little lady would look really amazing on a tattoo on my arm. Hmmm. Maybe this is the year for it.

New Lady

May 18th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon

Good Everning Everyone. Welcome to The TPC Blog. I guess I’m saying “The” twice when I do that. Oh well. I won’t tell if you don’t.

Today I received my new lady from the wonderful woman who did the illustrations on my website. Rachel Riordan.

Are you ready? Ta Da!

Isn’t she beautiful!

She was born because I’m doing some work on my clutter and I want to come up with a formula for all the people out there that have the same problem.

This picture is going to be my logo for that work.

I adore this picture.

Rachel is a pro that’s for sure. Thank you Rachel. Thank you for being you!

You can find her website here. Rachel’s store here.

Create a Great Day.

May 16th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon

Hello Everyone. How are you this delicious day?

My sister reminded me of something today. I always ended my answering machines with “Create a Great Day”. That was such a cool saying because we are responsible for creating our days. I know my friend Mary uses it too.

Manifesting is just like that. Good or bad we are sending our thoughts out there into our future and creating our lives.

Kind of  interesting when you think about it because we can change it any time we choose!

Now that’s a First.

May 14th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hello Everyone! What’s cookin’ out there in Blogland.

The other day I was doing a reading on someone and I saw a lady in spirit for her. The lady was a roly poly lady and she was staring intently in a cup. She looked a little older in age. She looks up at me and says tell her “I told you that would happen”.

Isn’t that hilarious. We were visited from a psychic my client used to go to who is now in spirit and she was confirming something that she had told this woman.

I’m open to strange things but that’s totally a first.

I Think My Cake Slipped Off My Plate

May 11th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hello Dear Friends. Welcome to the TPC Blog.

I went to my blog and thought where did the blog I did yesterday go? Then I thought did I do a blog yesterday?

I just know something happened yesterday that was hilariously bloggable and I blogged it?

I think I need to get some Ginko Biloba or something.

Just not the brightest bulb in the tanning bed today am I?
