Little Egg Guy Strikes Again
Hi All! What’s happening out there? Abundant Blessings to you and Yours.
I just have to tell you just when I think I can’t love my little egg guy any more I came up with the best idea ever.
I don’t know if you are like me but I love an egg salad sandwich. Salt, pepper, lots of mayo. So I was thinking how much work it was to make one. Boil the eggs, let them cool, squish them up, etc. when I had the best idea EVER!
Make the egg in my little egg guy. Seven minutes and a little squishin’ and Bob’s Your Uncle!
I was so excited to realize this as now I can have egg sandwiches for lunch or when I just feel like one. Like right now!
The neat part is I didn’t even have to make it because I made an egg in my little egg guy this morning and left it in the fridge because I had to leave early. Too easy!
So that’s it. Just sharing my egg stories with you.

Hi Sister:
Are you eggxaggerating?
Just reading the blog as I am eating my egg sandwich I brought for lunch.
Another little tip from a lady in Havelock. Add a little bit of pickle juice. Makes it a bit perkier.
Hope you are having a good day. And if not get crackin!
LL
Diane, you are so funny. Ok I don’t want to be an egghead in the kitchen but where are you putting the pickle juice in the water?

Hi Friends. I got the scoop here from Diane regarding the pickle juice. It goes into the egg salad mixture. She also had another hint (I didn’t know she was so talented in the egg department) to add a small drop of vinegar to the egg water when you do it the long water way vs. the Little Egg Guy way.
Abundant Blessings to you and yours.
