My good friend Despina who you have met on the blog here before told me about something called Faster EFT.

I looked it up and found this amazing youtube clip where the Robert Smith brings you through an example and it is really quite powerful.

I wanted to share it with you.

It’s much more simpler than the other EFT which is very powerful too. I always feel kind of geeky though going through the steps when going through something in case someone is looking. I can sneak these ones through on my own without anyone looking on.
