Soap & Glory

Category: Musings by Sharon

Good Afternoon Dear Blog Friends. How are you all doing? I’m feeling mighty fine.

I know I’m always ranting and raving aboutĀ one product or another but its just I get so excited about things.Ā I know get a life Sharon right?

So as not to keep you in suspense I will get right to it. I found the coolest product at Shoppers Drug Mart. It’s called Soap & Glory.

Here’s the link to the website: Soap & Glory

What made me try it in the first place was the branding. It has the best pictures on it. Somewhat like old time ago stuff and the sayings on it are hilarious.

Here’s a sample of it:

They have this spray you put on after a shower, I think its called Girlingo, and this cream for your elbows and the most wonderful gloss that pumps up your lips. The ingredients and smells are so amazing.

Since I have been using it my friend is always touching my arms and saying how soft I am. I feel so pretty and feminine and it tricks me because of the advertising in the product I feel like I’m doing something from a long time ago.

I wish they had shampoo and conditioner. I can just imagine shaking my head and the scent of bergamont and oranges fills the room.

The best part is its not expensive at all!

    Hi Sharon,
Did you check the ingrediant list of this product. You might want to check out ewg.org ‘Enviromental Working Group’ they specialize in checking out products and there ingrediants to make sure that the public is making informed choices when purchasing products that will be absorbed through your skin. They say that it only has trace amounts of harmful ingrediants, but if you’re putting it on your skin day after day, month after month, year after year, it’s got to be cause something nasty down the road. They have a cool pocket size download that you can take into those horrible places that they call ‘drug stores’ that gives you an idea of what’s in the product that you’re thinking of purchasing and what it does(skin cancers, toxic contamiants, etc…). It’s worth a peek at their site. Happy Shopping.
