Now that’s a First.

May 14th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hello Everyone! What’s cookin’ out there in Blogland.

The other day I was doing a reading on someone and I saw a lady in spirit for her. The lady was a roly poly lady and she was staring intently in a cup. She looked a little older in age. She looks up at me and says tell her “I told you that would happen”.

Isn’t that hilarious. We were visited from a psychic my client used to go to who is now in spirit and she was confirming something that she had told this woman.

I’m open to strange things but that’s totally a first.

I Think My Cake Slipped Off My Plate

May 11th, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hello Dear Friends. Welcome to the TPC Blog.

I went to my blog and thought where did the blog I did yesterday go? Then I thought did I do a blog yesterday?

I just know something happened yesterday that was hilariously bloggable and I blogged it?

I think I need to get some Ginko Biloba or something.

Just not the brightest bulb in the tanning bed today am I?

Push or Pull

March 01st, 2010 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.,Ponderings

Hello Dear Friends. How are you? Oh its getting warmer by the day I’m thinking spring is coming real soon!

I have been pondering something lately. We have a door on the kitchen of our office at work and it is a clear door and you can either push it or pull it depending on what you feel like doing.

It has always intrigued me that some people pull  it and some people push it when going in or out. I always pulled it until I realized it went both ways and then I’m a total push girl. Pushing is easy to do. You can even use your butt if you have your hands full of coffee or tea or whatever.

Pulling is hard. It takes effort.

I wanted to ask people who pull what kind of people they are? Is life easy or hard for them? I wanted to take a poll (pardon the sort of pun – poll/pull)

Where I’m going with this is that life is kind of like that. Once you figure out that it’s easier to get in the zone and go with the flow life gets easy. Of course there are days we still pull but I’m thinking I want to push to keep my hands free to catch the many miracles coming when I ease through life.

It was a Miracle Kind of Day

Hello Dear Friends.

I’m sorry for my tardiness. Time flies when chaos happens.

I have to tell you about my cool day.

I was at work minding my own business doing my work thing when I look over to my cubicle partner and he has out his camera.

Well I come alive which I’m sure startled the h*ll out of him because he probably thought I was sleeping and I’m like OMG OMG OMG can you take a picture of something for me.

Now this was a NICE camera so I thought immediately of my Heavenly Honey Nut Cheerio. If anything could capture its beauty it was his camera.

He was looking at me kind of odd as I’m sure most people never know what’s going to come out of my mouth at any given second and he is like “ok” in this noncomitted voice.

Well out comes my Heavenly Honey Nut Cheerio. I knew I had to leave it at work and I knew it would get its debut in the Blog World.

Drum roll please……are you ready………Tadaaa

Is that not by far the coolest thing you have ever seen! Not photo shop an actual Honey Nut Cheerio in my own bowl.

Miracles right before our very own eyes!

So after he takes the picture, puts it on my computer for me to send home, helps me fix the mess I got into when trying to do that he says Sharon look outside. Well there was the most beautiful Rainbow you have ever seen.

God is Good.

Thanks Jean you are one great cubicle partner.

I think I’m going to frame my picture.

A Message from Heaven in my Cereal Bowl

November 09th, 2009 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hi Everyone. Welcome to the TPC blog.

Are you enjoying the warmer weather. A little treat before the snow comes.

Today I write about something silly.

I love Honey Nut Cheerios. They are the perfect food. If you are a bit hungry they work if you are a lot hungry they work.

So today at work i was eating my HN cheerios and I looked down and I couldn’t believe it. Right on top was one of the little cheerios with the perfect heart in it instead of a round hole.

I was so happy. It was a sign from the Universe. It had to be.

Ok it wasn’t a weeping picture or anything but it was so damn cool.

I have kept it safe in my drawer at work for now.

If I was a good photographer I would take a picture of it for this blog but I’m sorry my skills are limited even if I could find my camera.

So there it sits in my desk my perfect little HN Cheerio with a heart in it.

I didn’t leave it out because the cleaners would throw it out not knowing it is a sign from the Heavens that I am loved.

Yes I’m a bit loopy but I do have fun!

Bobby’s Worst Nightmare

August 12th, 2009 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hello Everyone. How are you today? Isn’t it a weird day? Everyone is calling me saying all these odd things happened.

Not as weird as what happened to my husband though.

He was sitting on the couch happily playing some silly game on Xbox when there is a knock on the door. It’s the neighbour.

She says that “the other neighbour has hit his motorcycle on the street”. I hear “Sharon”. Yikes.

So we go out thinking what a little bang or something but she backed up right over it and knocked it over and then proceeded to drag it about 10 feet down the street.

Bobby flipped out as I probably would have too. He’s like “what if that was a kid or something”.

His motorcycle, his baby. It’s like 25 years old vintage and he drove it with such pride.

He did handle himself very well though and apologized if he was a bit angry with the lady. She’s kept saying to me “he’s angry isn’t he”. Hello? You just drove over his motorcycle.

So that’s my story for today. I guess everything is meant to be and that is just one more thing to add to the list of “what the h*ll?” in life.

Fish Pedicures

July 29th, 2009 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hello Everyone. How are you keeping today?

My sister told me last night about this new pedicure where you soak your feet in a pool of these fish called garra rufa and they actually feed on the dead skin.

Is that not the most hilarious thing you have ever heard.

Here’s an article on it.

Apparently it is used in Turkey for psoriasis and other skin ailments.

I was looking around for somewhere in Toronto that does it just to experience it once.

I would have a little concern about a fish going from someone elses foot and then sucking on mine for some reason. How sanitary is that? It’s not like you wash the little fishes mouths out?

I always wonder when these things happen how was it determined that these little fish actually did this? Who was the first one who discovered it and how? Makes you wonder eh?

I had to tell you about it as it does have a total bizarre factor to it.

Yikes I put the Ice Cream in the Refrigerator

Good Morning Everyone. How are you this wonderful day.

I’ve been reading The Prosperity Secrets of the Ages by Catherine Ponder and I won’t get into it too much in this blog but I have to tell you its an amazing book.

I have been trying a few of the affirmations that she indicates to do and they seem to be working actually which is surprising me a bit. I’ll tell you all about it in a future blog.

Why I’m writing today is that I left the ice cream in the refrigerator. Bobby looked at me with this strange look of panic.

It reminded me to take my B12 again as I forget and to maybe pick up some Greens for the mind. We have to be careful with these things.

There was a blessing though as Bobby is on Weight Watchers again and its one thing gone from the kitchen that he doesn’t have to think about.

I was watching my favorite show today “Twice in a Lifetime” and it said this cool line (I love this show it gives me my daily feel good cry) it said “if the door won’t open try the window the idea is that you seek it out”. Something like that anyway. We know from the ice cream incident that I’m not all here these last few days.

Well that’s it for today. I’ll do an affirmation on being bright eyed and bushy tailed and I’ll write later.

Affirmation for you:

“I bless you and bless you for the  goodness of God that is within you.” Catherine Ponder

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.

July 19th, 2009 | Category: Musings by Sharon,Now that's Peculiar.

Hello Everyone. How are you this amazing Sunday. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to realize how lucky we are to be here on this good Earth at this time. God is Good.

So did you hear that the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile had an accident and crashed right into someone’s house? Like that’s not something you would expect to happen every day right? The article said nothing of injuries so hopefully everyone is well.

Here’s the article I read….Wienermobile.

I read this just before going to bed and then I started to think if like attracts like what in God’s good name would the energy of the owner of the house have been attracting in the Law of Attraction for this to happen. I’m sure it was just an odd twist of fate but it does make you think.

Blessings to the owner of the home and the driver of the wienermobile. This too shall pass.
