Flannel Shirts Are Back
Hi Everyone. How are you this night? It’s so so freezing out. Goodness.
My husband Bobby and I were at the mall and you’re not going to believe what I saw. Flannel shirts. I used to live in those shirts.
I had a green one and a blue one and all different colours of them. They were so comfy. Now they’re back. I’m totally excited. Aren’t you?
Bobby always says if you keep something long enough it comes back in fashion. Who knew?
Not that I kept them or they would fit me.
Yippy! Now if I just kept my cool Frye Boots.

Hello Dear Blog Friends. Welcome to TPC blog.
Bobby and I went to our cheapy AMC morning movie and saw Avatar in 3D.
I wasn’t expecting much but the theatre was packed and we sat right up front. In the first row in the middle. It was amazing! Long really but I loved it.
All the way through I couldn’t help thinking about a painting from spirit I did many many moons ago called The Lovers. I was trying to make a tarot deck from spirit and started (and ended, ha ha) with The Lovers.
Here it is:
I thought after watching the film that maybe I was tapping into something like maybe the person who wrote Avatar was tapping into. I believe writing and art comes from spirit so you never know.
Kind of eerie in a strange sort of way.
That’s it for now. Be happy my dear friends.

Hello dear Friends. I hope this blog finds you well and busy in the holiday season.
Have you heard the new CD from Susan Boyle? It is so amazingly good. I wasn’t sure what it would be like but it is such a collection of great songs and she just really sings each one perfectly and they are all so different.
I have two friends I get together with every few months and we got together this last weekend and I didn’t know what to bring for a gift so I thought what better gift that this CD. I of course had to buy myself one too and I just loved it. They loved it too.
My lovely friend said something and it made sense she said “her voice is so pure”. That’s what it is. Susan Boyle is totally blessed with that voice of hers that’s for sure.
Some of the songs just send shivers up my spine. In a good way. To top it off “Wild Horses” is one of my favorite songs so talk about an added bonus.
Did you know that her CD was the most preordered CD in history on Amazon.com? Like how cool is that.
I kept thinking of that lady that laughed at her when she did her first song and I thought “Look Whose Laughing Now”.
Good Luck and God Bless you Susan Boyle.
Make sure you pop into The Psychic Cottage Radio Show on Wednesday’s at 9pm EST. I was having a lot of difficulty the last program. Somehow my computer knocked me off from the producer. If you wondering what happened. I’m sure eventually I’ll figure it out. Don’t label me the “nutty” psychic yet.

Hi Everyone.
Welcome to the TPC Blog.
Bobby and I went to see Blindside tonight. It was amazing. I totally loved it. I love Sandra Bullock in anything anyway but this movie was really great. What a story. I was in awe!
Also exciting news, I found out that a friend of mine Debbie is starting a new blog about cooking.
Debbie is the best cook. We went there once and she made the most amazing cauliflower soup in like 20 minutes. I remember thinking oh no she hasn’t even started yet and I’m so hungry and she started cutting up the cauliflower and poof it was ready. It was SO good too. Bobby and I still talk about it.
In this blog she is going to be sharing her recipes with everyone. If you love to cook make sure you check it out.
She put on her home made cranberry sauce. If its anything like this jam she made us once you are totally in for a treat. I think Bobby and I ate the jam over two days. Yum. Whenever we buy jam we are always like “we wish we had some more of Debbie’s Jam”.
Good luck with your new adventure Debbie. I know you will do amazing.

Hello Everyone.
Welcome to The Psychic Cottage Blog.
Bobby and I were at Wall mart the other day and I saw a DVD and it had a few of the episodes from Touched by an Angel on it.
This one was about Hope.
I loved Touched by an Angel. It was so good.
So we sat down after dinner to watch an episode.
I forgot how heart wrenching they were. We sat there watching this one with Celine Dion and Wynonna Judd about this little boy Petey who was passing over and I was crying my eyes out. I think it was called 151st Psalm.
It was so good.
I can’t wait to watch the other three on the DVD. I don’t think I could watch them all in a row though. My heart can’t take it.

Welcome dear friends. How are you this frosty evening.
It sure got cold quick. Not sure I like that.
I was thinking today about when I was younger and how my sister-in-law Darlene and I used to every year go Christmas shopping and we would always go to Swiss Chalet for lunch.
It was a tradition of ours. The funny part is that every year Darlene would get the worst headache from the sauce at Swiss Chalet and she would spend the next day recovering from our little trip.
It didn’t stop us though as the next year we were right there doing the same tradition headache and all.
We would go to the one that was downtown. It’s not there now which is unfortunate as it was really a pretty one.
Come to think of it I think the poor waitresses back then had to wear those silly uniforms with the little white tops. I tried to find one on line to remind you of what they looked like but couldn’t find one.
The fun things you remember when you look back. I haven’t thought about that for years and today it just popped into my head.
Traditions are fun things aren’t they. They make something that’s just simple into something to look forward to and get excited about and remember even when its like 35 years later.
Bobby and I had a tradition of breakfast every Saturday. Since Dr. Angelface I can’t really eat a big breakfast like that and now with Bobby being vegetarian its a tradition that has been broken. We have lots of years to make many more traditions though.
Thanks Darlene for our yearly tradition of Christmas shopping, Swiss Chalet and sorry to say your yearly headache. Love you tons.

Hello Dear Friends.
How are you this crazy snowy day. Can you believe it? I was so in denial thinking we weren’t going to get any snow.
I’ve been holding off on getting my snow tires and my oil change. Bobby was not happy. What do you mean there is no oil in your car? $230 later. Oops. That’s ok Daisy came through with flying colours and is all ready now for the winter. He got snow tires too. It was an expensive day but now we are ready for winter. Well if anyone is ever ready for winter.
The funniest part of the day is that when I was driving over to get my snow tires on my wind shield wiper popped right off when I was driving. Thank goodness it was the one on the passenger side. It flew at the car behind. Yikes. Bobby was like did you stop and get it? I’m like hello? It’s a snowstorm? No? He did a little survey at the tire store with all the guys and said who would have stopped and got their wind shield wiper so they didn’t have to buy another. Of course all the men said they would have stopped. One even added that once he was in this big truck and it happened and he stopped it on the side of the road. I was totally out numbered so it was an unfair bias opinion. Did I tell you I love my new wipers!
It’s funny the first snow fall I always think man I wish it were the end of February. Some day I will fly to Arizona every winter. Sounds good eh?
Oh sorry I forgot the purpose of this blog.
I’m totally pumped tonight as its the debut of The Psychic Cottage Radio Show. Isn’t that totally exciting. I have my own little commercial and everything. It’s hilariously fun.
It is every Wednesday at 9pm EST and you can listen in at Ask1radio.com.
I will be doing free readings for the hour and talking about whatever is on my mind which you know from this blog could be anything and everything.
So have a listen and hopefully call in for a free reading.

Hello Dear Friends.
How are you this frosty day. Welcome to The Psychic Cottage blog.
I’ll let you in on a little secret. Lately I have been feeling the need to reach out in more of a global way and just this last week I have been talking to an internet radio station about having a radio show for The Psychic Cottage.
Ringing Cedar Series in action? Who knows?
I’m totally pumped and wanted to share with you.
It is probably starting this week so I will keep you posted on all the details.
In the radio show I will be offering free psychic readings to callers.
God is good that’s for sure.

Hello Dear Blog Friends.
How are you? Can you believe it? December already? Where did the year go?
My friend and fellow blogger Cynthia also had a heart experience in an everyday event and wrote a great blog about it and mentioned my Heavenly Honey Nut Cheerio. I thought you might want to read it. Here it is.
My little Cheerio is famous! Who knew.

Good Morning Dear Friends.
How are you this day? I pray that success and abundance are following you. Have I told you lately that Success looks good on you?
So the other day I was thinking “man life is getting so convoluted and complicated”. I felt like I just wanted to feel a bit of peace in my life if only for a moment.
As I was going through this “poor me” episode I received an email from the wonderful Rebecca Marina.
Her emails are hilarious and her website offers tons of freebies. All of it is fun and gets your energy hopping so I paid attention to this serendipitous moment.
The title of her email was “A book like no other I have ever read”.
It’s been a long time since I have felt like reading a book and I thought well this is as good a sign as any.
I went on line and there was one at the Oshawa Centre (another sign) so off I went.
The book is called Anastasia by Vladimir Megre.
It is the first of 9 books and they are called the “Ringing Cedar Series”.
There is a certain energy to the book. At first I was reading and thinking I’m not quite sure if I’m getting this one but then about the 108th page I’m like this is feeling good. I feel a little different. I can feel a simplicity coming over me and a sudden need to unload certain things from my life.
I had the urge to cleanse and to look to my future.
Now anyone I know reading this connecting the word “cleanse” with my name will get the giggles but I assure you all albiet an odd feeling the feeling is there.
I also sense that there is a message in this book for me. It feels like a message from one of the Seven Sisters who seem to always show up in my life at times of spiritual development.
Sure the world is still crazy all around me as it was before but I’m feeling this inner feeling like something is going on that is very very important and the answer may be connected to this series of books.
So if you get a chance to read this book give it a go. Keep me posted of your feelings about it.
Now excuse me I have this sudden urge to plan my raspberry garden for the spring.
