I heard today that the last penny was made in Canada today! What’s up with that?<\/p>\n
What happens to these sayings:.<\/p>\n
“Penny for Your Thoughts”<\/p>\n
“Cost a Pretty Penny”<\/p>\n
“Penny Saved is a Penny Earned”<\/p>\n
“Penny-Wise Pound Foolish”<\/p>\n
“Doesn’t have two pennies to rub together”<\/p>\n
I guess “Nickle” will be our new “Penny.<\/p>\n
Now we will have to wait for spirit to send them down to us or maybe they have none either and will start sending nickles (or loonies, ouch).<\/p>\n
