What&#8217;s Cookin?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m psyching myself out to go on my run at Running Room and I&#8217;m trying to figure out how I can get through the second minute without feeling like I&#8217;m croakin&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>They keep saying it will get easier but I&#8217;m thinking I&#8217;m developing a psychological block around my second minute. I don&#8217;t want to need a shrink when we go to two minutes.<\/p>\n<p>What I did is I ran a minute and counted the running steps it took. It was 144. Now they might have been wienier (not a word from what I can see but it sounds cool) steps because I was in the house running front to back (with the dogs barking at me) when I did it but it has\u00a0to be close right? (Yes Bobby is at work, ha ha)<\/p>\n<p>That way I&#8217;m going to know exactly when the second minute will end.
