Welcome.<\/p>\n<p>As you know I received a frother from my dear husband. You can read about it <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.psychiccottage.com\/blog\/?p=1315\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I was so upset because I went to use it the other day and it wouldn&#8217;t work. I was so sad. I had really perfected the chai latte and it was our little ritual to have them at night together.<\/p>\n<p>This little gadget is the coolest invention ever.<\/p>\n<p>I called the store we bought it from and we\u00a0of course need a bill (hello?) so I thought we were a little sh*t out of luck but they said to call Keurig.<\/p>\n<p>I called them with not much hope thinking that without a bill I&#8217;m not going to get very far and you won&#8217;t believe the service I got.<\/p>\n<p>They sent me out a new one the same day I talked to them. Can you believe it?<\/p>\n<p>I just now received an email indicating that its on its way and the tracking order for UPS.<\/p>\n<p>Customer service. That&#8217;s where its at for sure.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you Keurig.
