Happy Birthday Joe!
Good Morning Everyone. How are you this day? I’m up extremely early and getting all my things done for the day. There is a quietness in the morning that makes me very productive.
Today is my brother-in-law’s birthday. Happy Birthday Joe! Here’s a picture of Joe, my sister and my Mom.
Joe has been in my life for forever and is probably more like a brother than a brother in law. I can’t remember a time in my life when he wasn’t there. Also, when I have gone through my many dramatic events in my life he was always there for me. I love him dearly.
Another thing that is great about Joe is that he has always been there for my Boys. He’s an amazing Uncle.
Love you tons Joe and thank you for being you! Happy Birthday.

Good Morning Everyone. How are you this delicious long weekend.
I just went for my run of 5 minutes and one minute walk. I did ok this time. I figured out to take my puffer 15 minutes before which made a huge difference. Plus this wonderful woman teamed up with me to make me run better. She is an amazing coach. Bobby is encouraging too when he isn’t joking and hitting my butt to make me go faster. It’s one of the things I love about him that he makes me laugh. He says I’m so cute when I run too now that’s encouragement.
If anyone is wanting a mini reading ($20 for 20 minutes) I will be at the Courtice Flea Market today. You will find me in the little house that is separate from the flea market. Irene said it’s called Jo Jo’s but I didn’t see a sign last time. It’s walk in only so no promises for getting an appointment. Look for the yellow sandwich board she has outside on the little deck.
So I’m off to the Flea Market. Talk soon!

No commentsSo That’s Where All the Time Was Going.
Good Morning Dear Friends. Welcome to the TPC Blog.
I found it. I thought it was gone but I found it. What did I find you ask? My missing Time!
Before doing my Procrastination MP3 from Potentials Unlimited I couldn’t tell you how fast my days were going and most of them were spent not doing much really. I felt stressed that I wasn’t doing anything too. Double edged sword.  Since my tape I’m up early and most of my “have to’s” are done within a half an hour. Then I go on the computer to check business etc. and usually I would be on the computer all day “trying” to get things done but avoided them or waiting for motivation but since everything is done I just check in and then think ok what else do I have to do.
As I told you in another blog I’m doing up a room of my own so that the office I’ve set up in the kitchen can be moved into this room. (Oh just thinking it needs a name…..”Sharon’s Sanctuary”..maybe..). This is a very tiny room off the side of our house and goes out onto a deck which we never use because we never use this room. It is a bright room with sliding doors. It was yucky in colour (blue gross gray)  and ended up to be somewhat storage in our clutter world and it was kind of just where the dogs ate and we never ever opened the sliding doors or as I said above used the deck.
Bobby is in shock because he said ok clear out that room and I’ll paint when you have it done. It was one of those rooms where everything ended up. I know it was a trick and he was thinking well that will never get done so I’m safe. Doesn’t he get home last night and I’m like “Ok its all empty time for paint.”. I’ve been talking about doing this room for 5 years. I would like it done asap so if he doesn’t act fast its getting done by me. Painting can’t be that hard can it?
I even moved up this hundred ton Kwan Yin that I had on the grass onto the deck (Not sure how I got her up the stairs. I asked for help though and it worked, didn’t even have a sore back this morning) so she looks in the window when I go in the room.
I didn’t think my procrastination was that bad really. I thought I was working so hard. The neat part is it was so much harder to avoid work then it was to just do it. When we avoid something we feel bad somewhere deep inside. I think it is a feeling of laziness even though you are far from lazy. When you get things done it is very satisfying.
I’m so excited about this room of my own. I spoke to Jenny at City Cottage where I have my shop and I explained the bright pink I wanted and she kind of gulped and said go with white and then add bright pink accents to get the look. I felt so much better and relieved as I wasn’t sure how the bright pink was going to be. I guess that’s why I’m not a decorator.
It all started when I saw the pink Buddha at Urban Barn. I bought it and the room went around the Buddha. I’m not sure if Buddha appreciates being bright pink but hey he’s Buddha I’m sure anger isn’t on his list. The lady at the store called him Buddy. I’m thinking that one might test him a bit.
Here’s a picture of my laughing pink Buddha.
Don’t you love it? I can also bring into the room all my special pictures that give Bobby the willies.
I love Angelina Wrona. Don’t you? I find her work so cool. I have Visionary, Eloise and Bunny Couture. Just the small ones for now but some day I’ll get a big one.
So that’s it dear Friends. Love you all Tons

No commentsI’ll Keep Up to You, Honest.
Good Morning Everyone. What’s cookin’ my blog friends?
Today I did the coolest reading for a friend. Her cousin was in from Germany and only spoke German so the reading was done through interpretation! I wasn’t sure it was going to work but it worked wonderfully. What fun was that?
I guess you are wondering about my title of my blog. Today I did my run with my husband (who has now gone for his 10K after our run, lol) and we went through the path we always go. It was 4 minutes run and 1 minute walk 4 times. Bobby leaves me in the dust and comes back a few times to make sure I’m ok and when I was running there was a man about 90 walking with his cute tilley hat and I couldn’t keep up with him when I was running and he was walking? I was relieved when we had to turn around and go back home. I don’t think my self esteem could take it much longer.
I always say to myself though at least I’m running (or is it shuffling?).
I do love it even at my slow poke pace.
You just gotta try sometimes don’t you.

No commentsI See Fuchsia Uggs in My Future
Happy September everyone! White Rabbit to you all.
Ahhh. Fall. I love it the most. Well even though its like 400 degrees out I can still dream of it being a wonderful cool day.
When it gets to be this time I start thinking about what kind of boots I want to dream about and put them on my manifesting list.
Last year at the end of the season they came out with fuchsia Uggs! OMG. I couldn’t buy them then but I’m totally going to get them this year. Here’s what they look like.
Are they not amazingly adorable?
I would love a pair of Fluevog boots too. I saw a lady a few years ago and I had to ask her what kind of boots they were. She told me Fluevog and I always go to the site and drool a bit. Here’s the site FLUEVOG. I put you right into the ones I love called Celyn.
Oh to have oodles of money to buy anything without guilt. It can’t be that hard can it?
I came across a cool youtube video the other day about the power of words and manifesting. This woman Sandi Radomski is going through a procedure called Ask & Receive with my favorite EFT person Margaret Lynch.
Here’s the video.
The concept is good so I wrote out the wording and I have been trying it. It reminded me of the Quantum Jumping concept by Burt Goldman using the part of ourself that is in spirit to help us. We have to ask remember. They can’t just do things for us.
People are so talented aren’t they? God is good.

Hello Dear Friends.
You all know her as Lavender Lady from my Newsletters. Have you wondered who the talented Lavender Lady is? Well she’s my sister! Diane.
On her birthday I found her a beautiful Lavender Hat. Check it out. It’s totally a queen hat.
Isn’t she adorable! I love my sister. She’s the best.
Check out her garden:
Can you imagine the discipline it takes for that garden! I can’t imagine doing it really.

2 commentsProcrastination Be Gone
Good Evening All. I hope this blog finds you well.
You all know me. When I get excited about something I’m jumping up and down for joy and I can’t wait to get started on a new adventure. Where I have my procrastination problem is when I’m really “not into something” like cleaning or clearing clutter, etc. Especially when the problem gets big or I have some rebellion issues connected to it then I find it impossible to do so I don’t even have the energy to start.
The other day I came across an old friend called  “subliminal cd’s”. I have always known the benefit of these CD’s but sometimes I go too big and instead of concentrating on one thing I start listening to 5 different CD’s at once and I get totally confused and dump the thing.
I repurchased (I have no idea where the old one went) the one on Procrastination. I really can’t stop. So far I have cleaned the kitchen, did all the work for my business that I have been procrastinating on (the administration part), started redorating this room in our house so that I have a room of my own (which I think is important), its’ hilarious. My husband said to me “what is your birthdate” I looked at him funny and he said well I just thought the alien who took you over might not know that. He’s such a card.
I think you have to be careful which cd’s you buy. I like Potentials Unlimited. They are the ones I’ve always used with success. I like the classical music Cd’s but I think they are a little extra. Gets me going. The violin music is so pretty.
OK gotta go build a deck (just kidding).

No commentsGeez I love what I do.
Good evening everyone. Welcome to the Psychic Cottage Blog.
I hope life is treating you kindly.
I did a psychic party today in beautiful Hastings. It’s so pretty there. I seem to be drawn up there for some reason.
The person who did the party said to me I’ll put you in the basement. I was hoping when she walked me down the steps it wouldn’t be cold. Well…she put me below the deck and I was looking out over the lake. It was just so beautiful and peaceful. I kind of just wanted to say can you give me a break and go down and sit on the two chairs down by the water for a minute or so. What  a different way of life. So peaceful and beautiful. I got home to the Big O and I thought I really like that kind of life. Some day I guess.
To top it off she makes the best buttertarts in the world and when I went up to have a bit of a break I was given a nice cup of tea and a warm buttertart. Oh ya.
Bobby made me (trust me I was whining and trying to get out of it) run when I got home because I’m missing running tomorrow and I’m up to 3 minutes instead of 2. It was really hard. I don’t know why I’m having such a hard time with it. I’m still plugging away though. I go really slow. I was laughing to myself because I was thinking of the old Carol Burnett show where Tim Conway played the old man. I was thinking that maybe he could beat me running. I was kind of visualizing a skit where he was running faster than me.
Here’s a youtube of the character I mean. The youngn’s won’t remember.
The Carol Burnett show was my favorite. I was watching some of the outtakes and laughing my head off here. Too cute.
